In a time when it is almost entirely possible to operate from the comfort of one’s home, we are witnessing the development of an interesting phenomenon. In most cases we are not obliged to leave our private spaces in order to pay our bills, send our parcels or do the groceries. Consumer friendly logic has reached levels that had up until recently been almost unthinkable. Rather than waiting in crawling queues in unpresentable and cold spaces surrounded by people who have spent most of their day running from one desk to another filling in seemingly simple forms or applications, today, a technologically equipped and fluent person will perform most of their duties with several clicks of a mouse. Those physical bureaucratic places could easily be forgotten, or maybe not.
